Priyanka Saha
Chairwoman & Finance Executive
Priyanka Saha joined DSL Pacific in 2023 and has since played a central role in developing the company’s financial and risk-management framework. She has helped establish strategies supporting complex institutional and cross-border transactions, including the use of various trade financial instruments to manage counterparty and transaction risk.
Under her financial leadership, DSL Pacific has strengthened its approach to foreign-exchange risk through structured FX hedging strategies and broader financial controls designed to protect the company’s balance sheet across international markets. She has also contributed to the implementation of certification and quality-assurance frameworks supporting the integrity and consistency of DSL Pacific’s Australian grain supply.
Priyanka remains integral to the company’s day-to-day financial operations, taking an active role in structuring and executing complex international trade transactions and working across banking, trade finance, currency exposure and commercial risk. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from Flinders University.
In 2026, Priyanka was elected by the Board to serve as Chairwoman of DSL Pacific. Despite taking on responsibility for leading the Board, she has remained closely involved in the company’s daily trading and financial activities, reflecting her longstanding passion for international trade and the complex transactions that support DSL Pacific’s global operations.
Ethan Spencer
Chief Operations Executive
Ethan Spencer was appointed to lead DSL Pacific’s Australian supply chain operations following a unanimous decision by the board in 2026.
He has been to University of Adelaide for a Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, providing him with a strong academic foundation in logistics, procurement and supply-chain operations.
Under his leadership, DSL Pacific has significantly expanded its domestic logistics network, establishing direct relationships with more than 40 independent Australian haulage companies. This growth draws on Ethan’s extensive international experience, including time spent in London managing supply-chain operations for a prominent family operation. His experience across complex logistics environments has helped strengthen DSL Pacific’s freight capabilities and support substantial growth in its containerised export operations across Australia.
Ethan has also played a key role in expanding DSL Pacific’s farm network, helping build relationships with more than 2,500 farms across four Australian states. His focus on supply-chain integration, market access and long-term grower relationships has helped strengthen DSL Pacific’s position within the Australian grain trade.
Ethan has also contributed to the development of DSL Pacific’s people and culture, helping identify and bring high-quality professionals into the business as its operations have expanded. His focus on building capable, reliable teams has strengthened the company across trading, logistics, administration and operational functions, supporting DSL Pacific’s continued growth and long-term development.
